What is PostBear?

Is PostBear available publicly?
Not yet. We're currently working with a small invite-only group of agencies and creators. Contact us if you'd like to be considered.
Which platforms does it support?
Instagram Business accounts and Facebook Pages today. More platforms are on the roadmap.
When will it launch publicly?
When we're confident the whole thing is rock-solid in production. No fixed date — we'd rather ship late than ship broken.

What's a carousel?
A multi-image post (2–10 slides) that people swipe through. PostBear handles the whole flow: upload → prepare → publish. You just write the caption.
Can I schedule to Instagram Stories or Reels?
Not yet. Image posts and carousels only.
Does it handle timezones?
Yes. Set your local timezone once and PostBear handles the rest, including daylight saving time shifts.
What if my laptop crashes mid-upload?
Every step is recorded safely on your machine. If something crashes, just run it again — PostBear skips the work that already completed and picks up where it stopped.

Where do I contact you?
Is my data safe?
Your credentials stay on your machine, never on our servers. Images pass through secure EU cloud storage just long enough for Instagram and Facebook to fetch them, then they're deleted. Details in our Privacy Policy.

What if a post fails?
PostBear records what went wrong and only retries the failed posts when you run it again.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — paid plans (when available) will be monthly with no contracts.
